We offer a 72 business-hour return policy for all non-consumables/non-tradeables.
This includes board games, books, figures, and other products lacking volatile pricing fluctuations. TCGs/CCGs and similarly related products are NOT returnable.

Returns must be unused and require proof of purchase.
Open product may be returned at a reduced refund rate at our discretion ONLY.
